It was so rated because of its affordability to live in and because of its having numerous jobs in science and technology.



  1. I always wonder how these lists are calculated. I'm sure St. Louis is near the bottom of any list. But that's the City of St. Louis. The surrounding suburbs are polar opposites.

  2. Huntsville impressed me as a clean, interesting, prosperous city. Nashville, Asheville, and Washington are great places too.
